Schengen26 under any circumstances, shall issue refunds for services as per conditions below:

• Service fees on all Package (Basic, Advance & Premium) is totally non-refundable.
• The client must submit, within 48 hours from the time of booking confirmation, each and every paper, forms, and facts that will make it possible for Schengen26 to work on his/her request and make it submit-ready documents before the appropriate VFS/immigration authority. The client’s inability to do the same will only suggest that no refund/reimbursement of the consulting fee offered to Schengen26 is outstanding.
• No refunds will be made In case of the visa being rejected on the following grounds –
  • If the client fails to attend the interview or Biometrics appointments
  • Prior violation of any immigration law by the client or any of his or her family members.
  • Late submission of any additional papers requested by the consulate at a later date
  • If the client refuses/abandons his/her case within 48 hours from the time of booking confirmation.
  • Non-communication with your assigned Schengen26 Consultant for a period of 48 hours shall also be deemed to be abandonment.

• Schengen26 has the right to terminate/withdraw their services without refund of service fee of the client on below terms.
  • If the client does not submit all papers within the stipulated time from the date of his/her payment which is within 48 hours from the time of booking confirmation.
  • Doesn’t respond to the mails and calls made by the company for more than 48 hours from the time of booking confirmation and wishes to then withdraw services due to any reasons.
• The CLIENT agrees to have a positive and professional attitude towards the company. Any breach of attitude, reserves the right to company to withdraw from service without a refund of any service fees.
